Start with your household needs, then review options, fees and the contract before proceeding through approved channels.

Prepare your questions for the team
  • What steps are required through Musaned?
  • What fees and costs are stated in the contract?
  • What follow-up options apply if the process is delayed?

1. Explain your household needs

Explain the required duties, service city and preferred starting time. Say whether you need recruitment or monthly service: their procedures and fees differ. This helps the team explain a suitable route rather than choosing on price alone.

For an initial inquiry, a contact name, phone number and brief description are enough. Do not send identity images or health information in the inquiry form. The team will explain the appropriate channel for any documents required for contracting.

2. Review options and the total

Ask about currently available options, inclusions and separately payable amounts. Check tax treatment, procedure fees, salary and cancellation/replacement conditions. A recruitment quote does not mean salary or every employment cost is included.

Do not use an old advertisement to establish a price or arrival date. Ask for current details and check the approved contract. Availability and timing depend on the case and procedures; an inquiry does not confirm a worker's availability or arrival date.

3. Contract and follow up through approved channels

The website receives your inquiry for the team to follow up. Recruitment contracts and payments are completed through Musaned; completing a form or opening WhatsApp does not create a contract. Read the terms and total before agreeing and keep your contract reference and receipts.

When following up, use your request reference if available and state your question clearly. After contracting, use the relevant channel and contract terms. Keeping correspondence helps distinguish an existing request from a new inquiry.
