Separate fees from salary
Recruitment fees are different from the worker's salary. An employment contract duration does not mean the quote covers salary for that duration. When comparing offers, first check that the service and included items are comparable.
Ask for the total, VAT treatment and separately payable amounts before agreeing. If there are fees or insurance items, check the contract rather than assuming they are included in an advertised price.
Questions before deciding
What service does the offer cover? What is included and excluded? When are payments due? What are the cancellation and replacement conditions? These answers help you understand the obligations and make an informed choice.
