How your inquiry details are used, what happens when you open WhatsApp, and how to exercise your rights.

Google Maps reviews
When enabled, the review section displays selected 4- and 5-star Google Maps reviews with author attribution and source links; it does not represent the overall rating. Reviews load as you approach the section, and your browser may contact Google to load the author's image. Google content and its use are subject to Google Maps Terms · Google Privacy Policy.
Who handles your data?
This notice covers website inquiries addressed to HAITHAM FAROUK DARWISH EL DEEB RECRUITMENT COMPANY AND CLOSED JOINT STOCK. Al Rawabi, beside the Passport Office, Madinah.
Name, mobile number and service are required to prepare an inquiry the team can answer. Nationality is optional and you can ask for help choosing; a visit date is required for monthly inquiries. Preferred time and notes are optional; leaving them blank does not prevent preparation. Without required details you cannot complete the form, but you can call directly.
What you send is used to answer the inquiry, arrange a visit and follow up based on your consent. This does not include marketing. If you proceed to contract, contract data is subject to its purposes, legal duties and relevant providers’ notices. Do not include IDs, passports, financial or health information, or workers’ private data in notes.
From the form to WhatsApp
During preparation, service choices and entered contact details are kept as a functional draft in this tab’s browser session storage, available to resume for up to two hours after the last edit. Drafts are not sent to the team or advertising platforms, and consent is never restored. Start again clears the draft; confirmed submission clears it too. If browser storage is blocked, details remain in page memory only. After you accept the Terms and Privacy Notice and submit, contact details, service, message, consent time and notice version are saved in Al Deeb’s private enquiry record. A reference appears only after successful saving. This does not include analytics, advertising or marketing consent. After confirmed saving, optional WhatsApp follow-up shows a five-visible-second countdown. Choose Stay here to stop automatic opening without cancelling the enquiry. Opening the link shares the prepared details with WhatsApp. We record the opening attempt for follow-up; this does not prove message sending or delivery.
Opening the WhatsApp link passes the prepared message details to Meta’s WhatsApp service before you press Send. Al Deeb receives it after you send it there. The message includes the inquiry-consent text, timestamp and notice version as a record of your choice when received. Review the details before opening WhatsApp and before sending.
Providers and technical records
When AI assistance is used to service your request, an AI provider may process necessary information to prepare a summary or reply reviewed by staff. The assistant does not automatically approve contracts or prices. Documents and audio clips are not submitted for analysis without confirmation of permission. When the telephone assistant is enabled, it identifies itself as automated and asks you to press 1 to consent to recording; you can choose to speak with the team without recording. The call notice states the approved retention period. Recording consent is separate from marketing consent.
Vercel hosts the site and may process technical records such as IP address, request time, browser and page path to serve and secure it. When you select enquiry saving, the website server processes the data and stores it through Supabase with access restricted to authorised staff. Derived network-address and phone tokens limit repeated submissions. Saving does not confirm a service booking or appointment. External WhatsApp, Musaned and Google Maps links are also subject to those providers’ notices. The site collects no card details.
Hosting and messaging services may involve processing outside Saudi Arabia. Applicable transfer requirements must be met and only necessary data shared; inquiry consent alone does not replace those requirements. Contact the email below about recipients and processing arrangements for your data.
Retention and appearance preference
Inquiry messages are retained according to the need to respond and follow up; contract records according to legal duties or ongoing claims. When the purpose ends, data should be destroyed or anonymized unless retention is legally required. Ask by email for the period applicable to your record.
Each page load starts in light mode. You can change appearance during your visit; new choices are not stored permanently. Accessibility settings (text size, contrast and reduced motion) are saved only in this browser and can be reset in the footer. Preferences from an earlier version may remain in your browser and can be removed through site-data settings. Cookie preferences are stored locally for 180 days and can be changed through Cookie preferences in the footer. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and off by default; their consent is separate from inquiries and marketing messages. With analytics consent, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure public-page visits and performance. Request and staff pages and URL parameters are excluded; form contents are not sent to these tools. With analytics consent, clicks on phone, map, WhatsApp, email and enquiry-form links across public website pages are stored in Supabase for up to 35 days, with only the page path and destination/source categories, without phone numbers, full links or message contents. Daily totals without identifiers or contact details are retained after detailed events expire, to report available history. Counts represent clicks, not unique people, connected calls or confirmed visits. With analytics consent, we record coarse traffic source/campaign categories, contact actions and page engagement without request text or ad identifiers. The source category is stored for the browser session and may accompany a saved enquiry to measure follow-up and contracting; it is cleared from the session on withdrawal. With analytics consent, we also count form stages, validation problems and saved requests using a temporary random form identifier, without field contents; these measurements are retained for up to 35 days. With analytics consent, Google Analytics measures public marketing-page views, contact clicks and successful enquiry saves using cookies and random event identifiers. We strip URL parameters and do not send names, phone numbers, emails or messages; automatic form and outbound-link collection and Google signals are disabled. Google Analytics event retention is controlled in the Google property and is separate from the 35-day first-party retention. When Google Ads is configured and you consent to advertising, its tag measures successful enquiry saves using a random transaction identifier and may use advertising cookies. We do not send names, phone numbers, emails or request contents to this tag; enhanced conversions and ad personalization are disabled. The Google Ads tag loads on public pages before your choice using advanced Consent Mode, with advertising storage, user data and personalization denied by default. Before consent or after rejection, Google receives cookieless measurement signals about consent state, page visits and successful enquiry saves for ad measurement and conversion modeling. These may include technical data such as request time, browser/device information and IP address; they do not include names, phone numbers, emails or enquiry text. Withdrawal stops cookie-based measurement; Google cookieless signals continue. Visiting the site does not constitute consent to optional cookies.
When advertising measurement is enabled and you consent, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok and X receive public-page visits and saved-enquiry events. Measurement may include page URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses, and cookie and advertising identifiers. Meta also has automatic detailed page and product information enabled, including available page descriptions, reviews and pricing. X receives browser events only, without a phone hash. A saved-enquiry event can be sent to Meta, Snapchat and TikTok from the browser and server with the same random ID to prevent double counting. After a successful save, we also send a SHA-256 hash of your phone number to Meta, Snapchat and TikTok for customer matching. Hashing does not make this identifier anonymous. Names, original phone numbers, emails and message text are excluded; automatic scanning of form fields is disabled. The platforms use this data for ad measurement and conversion attribution under their own privacy notices. Withdrawal stops new reporting and reloads the page to stop loaded tags; it does not erase data the platforms already received. You can also clear cookies in browser settings.
You may request information about processing, access, a copy, correction, destruction and withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law and exceptions. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier processing and may stop inquiry follow-up unless another lawful basis applies.
Email the right you wish to exercise and a contact method. Proportionate identity verification may be needed, without routinely requesting ID copies. The statutory response period is 30 days, with a further 30-day extension in permitted cases and advance notice of the reason. The response should explain the action or grounds for declining.
