Verify who you are contacting
Start with the official website and business details, and compare the contact number with official channels. A logo in a picture or post does not establish that its phone number represents the business. Verify unfamiliar numbers or imagery through official contacts.
Review business identity, licence details and the approved contracting channel. Do not send sensitive documents or pay through an unknown link simply because an advertisement uses a familiar business name.
Ask for details you can check
Ask for a clear description of the service, total, inclusions and cancellation/replacement conditions. Compare promises with the approved contract, and ask how to follow up and who handles questions. A lower price does not necessarily cover the same items.
Use the inquiry experience to compare
Notice whether the team answers clearly and distinguishes confirmed information from items still needing verification. Read genuine reviews without relying on one comment or the star count alone. Keep correspondence and request/contract references for follow-up.
