Reviews load as you approach the section, and your browser may contact Google to load the author's image. Google content and its use are subject to Google Maps Terms · Google Privacy Policy.

The website and your request

This website presents services and prepares visit requests or inquiries. Selecting a plan, reviewing a request or opening WhatsApp does not create a service contract or confirmed booking, or guarantee availability or an arrival date. The team confirms the details before any commitment.

The website collects no payments or card details. Do not pay personal accounts or use unapproved payment links. Obtain the business details, contract and invoice before payment.

How contracting works

Recruitment and transfer contracting and payment go through Musaned under the relevant service, eligibility rules and required consents, followed by any remaining procedures required by the competent government agencies. A readiness inquiry is not a promise of immediate handover. This site does not list individual-to-individual worker transfer advertisements.

Monthly service: visit the branch to discuss options and complete documents, then contract, document and pay through the approved channels and platforms for the licensed service. Obtain the contract and allocation of responsibilities before agreeing; a paper copy does not replace required documentation.

Prices and contract inclusions

Amounts are in Saudi riyals. Published recruitment amounts are recruitment fees including VAT; two years refers to the employment contract duration, not the arrival deadline or a promise that fees cover wages and every expense for that period. The contract defines performance dates and details.

Ask for the total, VAT treatment and any fees before contracting. Request a written statement of monthly price inclusions before agreeing.

Before paying, review the itemized total: service fees, VAT, wages, visa, insurance, transport, any refundable deposit, government charges or extras, identifying what applies and what is included. An item is not presumed included simply because the price card does not list it.

Insurance and replacement

Musaned contracting includes insurance for domestic workers arriving for the first time to an employer during the first two years, under the service requirements. The approved policy defines covered events, exclusions, compensation limits and claims. Review it before paying; insurance is not an unconditional replacement or comprehensive two-year guarantee.

Cancellation & refunds

Customer and worker rights

The contract must explain duties, duration, wages and who pays them, suitable accommodation, rest, safety and issue handling for the service. Worker dignity and privacy must be respected; work must stay within lawful and agreed duties. Transfers depend on eligibility and required consents, including worker consent where required.

Use accurate details that are yours or that you are authorized to share. Do not enter identity documents or sensitive data in website notes. Do not misuse the website or disclose another person’s data without a lawful basis.

Changes and statutory rights

Services are subject to Saudi law and the approved service contract. This page does not reduce statutory or contractual rights. Updating the website does not unilaterally amend an existing contract; check the version date and retain your offer, contract and invoice.
