Prepare your questions for the team
  • Which service fits my needs and city?
  • What is currently available and what is the next step?
  • How can I follow up with the team?

Confirm the purpose and appointment

Tell the team which service you are discussing and the main duties, and ask whether a meeting is appropriate at this stage. Confirm the date, time, branch location and anything to bring. A visit link or submitted form does not automatically confirm a time or meeting.

Ask about current availability before travelling rather than using an advertisement or generated website image to identify whom you will meet. Illustrative characters are not a list of available workers and do not establish experience, language or skills.

Prepare questions about actual work

Bring a short task brief and ask open questions such as “Which tasks have you done before?” and “How would you prefer us to explain our household’s methods?” For cooking or clothing care, use a real example rather than assuming familiarity with every recipe or appliance.

Distinguish verified information from questions that still need a direct answer. Nationality or appearance cannot replace discussion of experience and communication. Allow time for the worker to explain what she can do and what needs explanation or appropriate instruction.

Discuss communication and mutual willingness

Use a language everyone understands, keep sentences clear and seek suitable assistance if communication is unclear. Encourage questions about duties and the household routine rather than treating silence as agreement. The meeting is a chance to understand suitability while respecting the worker’s wishes and agreed duties.

Do not treat recording the meeting or photographing personal documents as a routine requirement. Keep only practical notes needed for the decision and use the appropriate document channel if required. Do not circulate people’s images or personal details in comparison groups.

Review the next step after the meeting

Summarise discussed duties and points requiring confirmation, then ask the team about availability, total, terms and the next step. Do not turn meeting notes into a guarantee of skills or outcomes. A visit or meeting alone does not create a contract.

If suitability remains unclear, ask for clarification or time to review before deciding. Keep your enquiry reference and a specific follow-up question, and use the contact published on the website.
